摘要

Abstract

Objective To perform a systematic pharmacognosical study of Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.in Northwest Hubei and to analyze its potential active components.Methods Source identification,macroscopical identification,microscopic i-dentification,thin layer chromatography,UV absorption spectrum analysis and DNA barcoding were performed for the 19 Balanophora samples collected by our research group.Chemical reactions were carried out to identify and analyze the chemi-cal components in the samples.Results The 19 samples were identified as B.laxiflora,mainly containing sugars,polysac-charides and glycosides,amino acids,peptides and proteins,tannins,alkaloids,cardiac glycosides,anthraquinones,fla-vonoids,volatile oils and oils,phytosterols and triterpenoids.Conclusion This study performs systematically pharmacog-nosical identification of B.laxiflora in Northwest Hubei for the first time,providing a basis for establishing the quality standard of this plant and further developing and utilizing B.laxiflora resources.
