摘要
Abstract
Vertebral artery dominance tends to have a high incidence rate and is observed in both the normal popu-lation and the population with cerebrovascular diseases.In order to investigate the association between vertebral artery dominance and the onset of diseases,this article reviews vertebral artery dominance and related diseases.Databases in-cluding CNKI,Wanfang Data,Biotechnology,and PubMed were searched with the key word of"vertebral artery domi-nance"to obtain related articles,and the features of vertebral artery dominance were summarized.Vertebral artery dominance has a high incidence rate and is associated with basal artery curvature,arteriosclerosis stenosis,posterior circulation ischemic diseases,and surgery around the vertebral basilar artery.The evaluation of vertebral artery domi-nance has an important clinical value,and clarifying its causes and changes is of great importance for the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases.关键词
