Research on Construction of Legal System for Geographical Indication Protection in China
摘要
Abstract
As a country of many geographical indications,China is extremely rich in geographical indication resources,which will play a more important role in promoting local economic development,consolidating poverty alleviation achievements,and supporting rural revitalization and agriculture.At present,China has not established the unified legal system for geographical indications.This paper sorts out the international development process of the legal system for geographical indication protection,analyzes the current construction status in China,deeply analyzes the legal system for geographical indication protection,and puts forward opinions and suggestions to strengthen construction of the legal system.关键词
