摘要
Abstract
The Standardization Administration of China established the national standardization coordination and promotion group,general group,and expert advisory group on smart city in 2014,officially starting the process of smart city standardization.In 2016,the National Institute of Standardization released the Evaluation Indicators for Green Cities,announcing the deepening of green city standardization.In 2023,the State Council released the Action Plan on Urban Standardization,taking intelligence and greenness as different perspectives of standardization evaluation of an urban.Considering green parks and smart parks comprehensively,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation system covering five aspects,environmental sustainability,intelligent operation,resource efficiency,industrial innovation capabilities,and ecology and social responsibility.It provides a specific and comprehensive evaluation standard and quality assessment method for the development of industrial parks in counties.关键词
