Abstract
Property services in colleges and universities are a comprehensive service that integrates services,operation and management.The construction of standards system is an inevitable requirement to realize the high-quality development of college property.Based on the current situation and trend of the development of the property management industry in colleges and universities,this paper takes Anhui province as an example to discuss the idea,framework and content of the construction of the standards system on property services in colleges and universities,which provides a clear direction for the next step of standards development in field of property management in colleges and universities in Anhui,and also provides a reference for the construction of standards system in other regions of China.关键词
