《水泥单位产品能源消耗限额》(GB 16780-2021)强标在湖南实施效果统计分析

摘要
Abstract
Carrying out assessment of the implementation effect of mandatory national standards for energy saving is the concrete embodiment of implementing the Standardization Law and the Statistics Law,and also an important basis for governmental decision-making and standards upgrading.This paper builds the evaluation system from the aspects of technical contents,implementation situation,and implementation effect,carries out effect evaluation of 80 cement enterprises implementing GB 16780-2021,The norm of energy consumption per unit product of cement,in Hunan province.The results show that after implementation of the standard,the energy consumption level of 5 leading enterprises in Hunan has reached the advanced level in China,and 54 enterprises has reached level 2 of national energy consumption limits,which indicates that industrial energy conservation is improving.关键词
