摘要
Abstract
Taking the improvement of construction quality of cast-in-place piles in waterway engineering as an example,the role of quality control(QC)teams is played,and the procedures of standardization activities of the team are clarified.After establishing the QC team and clarifying the subject,systematic research on the project is carried out through investigating current situation,setting goals,analyzing the reason,determining the main reason,formulating measures,implementing measures,checking effect,consolidating measures,as well as summarizing and planning for the next step,which will be applied in the construction process to improve engineering quality.The standardized work process in this paper has an important guiding role for the implementation of other projects.The standardized operations of QC teams can be adopted to make key technical breakthroughs and over construction difficulties.关键词
