Discussion on Digital Transformation of Food Testing Laboratories and Standardization of Application of Internet of Things

Abstract
To enhance the digitalization level of food testing laboratories and accelerate informatization construction,Internet of Things(IoT)is applied to traditional laboratory processes.In the key links of sampling,acceptance,testing,reporting,and laboratory security,detection instruments,monitoring devices,and intelligent terminals are connected with LIMS through extended interfaces such as USB,RS 232,LAN,Wi-Fi,and GPRS.Based on protocols such as ADAS,Internet,RTSP,ONVIF,and NLP to transmit and utilize data,the IoT system for food testing laboratories is constructed.This system reduces personnel participation,improves data security and accuracy,realizes standardized laboratory management processes,improves laboratory management level and efficiency,ensures laboratory operation safety,and lays a foundation for digital transformation of laboratories.关键词
