福建纺织服装行业遭遇技术性贸易措施现状及其影响研究
Research on Current Situation and Impact of Technical Trade Measures Encountered by Textile and Clothing Industry in Fujian—Based on Enterprise Survey

Abstract
Technical trade measures have become the third export"barrier",following exchange rates and tariffs,in Fujian's foreign trade for many consecutive years.This paper is based on the results of a questionnaire conducted on the technical trade measures faced by textile and clothing export enterprises in Fujian from 2018 to 2022.Combined with the export situation of Fujian's textile and clothing industry,this paper analyzes the categories and target markets of the main technical trade measures encountered by export enterprises,as well as trade losses and constraints on the solutions.Relevant suggestions are also proposed to provide reference for enhancing the research,response capabilities and directions of the textile and clothing industry to handle technical trade measures.关键词
