浙江省动物疫病监测数字化系统构建与初步应用
Exploration on Digital Reform to Animal Disease Monitoring in Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Digital reform to animal disease monitoring is considered as an important means to improve the capacities for animal disease monitoring and early warning,emergency response and closed-loop control,optimize and upgrade animal disease monitoring system.In Zhejiang Province,an animal disease monitoring system at provincial level was constructed through regeneration of processes and reconstruction of system,including six operation modules:assigning tasks,collecting samples,receiving samples,testing samples,reporting results and applying data,opening up the whole operation links of disease monitoring and data flow.Paper-free sampling and monitoring were realized through collaboration and data sharing with the whole livestock industry including breeding,movement,slaughter and bio-safety disposal,which effectively improved the quality of monitoring data collection,and ensured traceable sources,verifiable process and accessible results,supporting the development of policies on animal disease prevention and control with reliable data.关键词
