群体感应核心调控子OpaR和AphA对副溶血弧菌生物学功能及毒力基因调控的研究进展
Research Progress in the Regulation of Biological Functions and Virulence Genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus by Quorum-sensing Core Regulators OpaR and AphA

Abstract
Quorum sensing(QS)is a common signaling mechanism among bacteria,affecting bacterial biological functions and expression of virulence genes.Vibrio parahaemolyticus is widely distributed in marine environment,seriously affecting global aquaculture industry.OpaR and AphA are the core regulators of the QS system of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,the former mainly plays a regulatory role at high cell density(HCD),while the latter at low cell density(LCD).The two regulators are involved in regulating various biological functions including biofilm formation and motility capacity,playing an important role in the pathogenicity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.In the study,the transcriptional expression of OpaR,AphA and relevant genes at different bacterial densities as well as their regulation for bacterial biological functions and virulence gene expression were described,then the pathogenic mechanism of Vibrio parahaemolyticus at the molecular level was further analyzed,expecting to provide a reference for future prevention and control of the disease.关键词
