永定河流域生态产品价值实现研究
Research on Value Realization of Ecological Products in Yongding River Basin
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the supply characteristics of ecological products in the Yongding River Basin,evaluates the value of ecological products in the basin by using the Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)accounting method,discusses the temporal and spatial changes of ecosystem service value in the basin from 1995 to 2020,and further puts forward the realization path of ecological product value in the Yongding River Basin:①Take the red line of ecological protection as the basis,adhere to systematic governance and coordinated regional governance.②Improve the horizontal compensation between regions of the river basin,build a complementary industrial chain of ecological products in the whole basin.③Rely on the differentiated characteristics of ecological product supply,explore the path to realize the distinctive ecological products in the key promotion areas of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.④Further promote the value realization mechanism of ecological products dominated by the government,participated by enterprises and all sectors of society,and operated in a market-oriented manner.关键词
