Abstract
In a certain silicate fluorite mine in Shangluo,Shaanxi,the main recovered mineral is fluorite,accounting for about 38%of the total mineral content.The content of other minerals is very small and has no recovery value.The gangue minerals are quartz,a small amount of plagioclase,potassium feldspar,biotite,sericite,calcite,etc.The metallic minerals include a small amount of magnetite,pyrite,etc.The mine adopts stage grinding and separation.The first-stage grinding fineness-0.074mm accounts for 65%,and the second-stage grinding fineness(first-time concentrated concentrate and then grinding)-0.074mm accounts for 90%.It adopts one rough separation and one Scavenging and six times of beneficiation;the first selection tailings and the sweep concentrate are reprocessed separately,and other medium ores are returned to the process in sequence.The concentrate grade reaches 97.410%,the flotation recovery rate is 94.02%,and the product quality is high.The indicators are relatively ideal.关键词
