高岭土除铁增白酸水处理工艺优化研究
Optimization of Acid Water Treatment Process for Iron Removal and Whitening of Kaolin
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis and experimental research of the existing water treatment process,an optimal process of"gravity sedimentation-lime neutralization-oxidation aeration-flocculation precipitation"was proposed for the removal of iron and whitening acid from the production of Maoming kaolin.The results show that the recovery rate of kaolin by gravity sedimentation can reach 90%,and the quality can meet the index requirements of the coating industry to wash kaolin with water in GB/T14563-2020"Kaolin and its test methods",and the dosage of flocculant PAC in the subsequent treatment process can be reduced by 70%.The influence of treatment water reuse on the amount of sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant was also discussed.关键词
