Economic Thinking on the Process of Maritime Duty Performance
摘要
Abstract
The"economic property"in the characteristics of maritime duties is important and relatively complex,which mainly arises from the performance of duties.Proceeding from the cognition of maritime performance behavior,this paper analyzes the impact of maritime adminitrative agencies'duty performance on the shipping industry and port economic development,studies the positive economic impact from the three dimensions of safety,efficiency and development,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on how to exert the specific economic impact,in the hope of providing references for the formulation of maritime policies.关键词
