摘要
Abstract
Based on the investigation and study on the implementation of Maritime Labour Convention 2006 by domestic ships engaged in coastal voyages,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of maritime labour conditions on board such ships,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and adjustment,aiming at better protecting the legitimate rights and interests of seafarers,enabling seafarers to obtain decent work and the right to life,and promoting safe,harmonious and sustainable shipping development.关键词
