Abstract
By using the methods of literature analysis,on-the-spot observation,interview and investigation,and based on the analysis of the utilization of shore power on ships arriving at ports in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River,this paper explores the path for the transformation from the existing"utilization as much as required"of ship shore power to"use to the fullest",in order to improve the utilization rate of shore power on ships arriving at inland ports.关键词
