摘要
Abstract
Right of control over the goods of maritime transportation is an institutional design that balances the rights and interests of trade parties involved in the international transportation of goods by sea.The digital"right of control"over the goods of maritime transportation further upgrades the complexity of international cargo trade modes.China should actively respond to the new changes in international trade,take an active part in or lead the formulation of relevant international rules,and duly optimize domestic legislation to give play to institutional advantages,thus accumulating experience for participating in international rule of law practice.关键词
