Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Q-switched laser combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of erythema telangiectasia rosacea(ETR).Methods 90 cases ETR patients admitted to Zhongnan hospital of Wuhan university from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into 3 groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control 1 group was treated with repair and moisturizing cream+tranexamic acid wet compress,the control 2 group was treated with intense pulsed light(IPL)+tranexamic acid wet compress,the experimental group was treated with Q-switched 1 064 nm laser+tranexamic acid wet compress.The clinician's erythema assessment(CEA),investigator's global assessment(IGA),clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,Acne-Quality of Life(Acne QoL score)and adverse reactions in 3 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the CEA and IGA in 3 groups were all reduced,with a trend of the experimental group<control 2 group<control 1 group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate showed a trend of the experimental group(96.67%)<control 2 group(80.00%)<control 1 group(53.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin water content and epidermal sebum content of 3 groups increased,with a trend of experimental group>control 2 group>control 1 group(P<0.05).The loss of percutaneous water diversion in 3 groups decreased,with a trend of experimental group<control 2 group<control 1 group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self perception,emotional function,social function and acne symptoms in the Acne QoL scores of 3 groups all increased,with a trend of experimental group>control 2 group>control 1 group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions happened in 3 groups.Conclusion The Q-switched laser combined with tranexamic acid can be used in the treatment of ETR,by improving clinical efficacy,alleviating skin lesion symptoms,repairing skin barrier function,improving quality of life,which is safe and reliable.关键词
