Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on conductive education training on postoperative recovery of children with syndactyly correction.Methods A total of 69 children with syndactyly after correction admitted to the author's hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation measures,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of guided education and training.After two months and three months of intervention,the recovery of hand function,range of motion of joint,scar of incision and crawl of finger web were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months and 3 months of intervention,the time required to complete the Jebsen hand function test in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the excellent and good rate of joint movement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the scar scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the Withey scores of finger web crawling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on conductive education training in children with syndactyly correction can effectively can promote the recovery of hand function,improve joint mobility,and remarkably ameliorate the incision scar and web creep.关键词
