Research Progress of Adipose Stem Cell Exosomes to Improve the Survival Rate of Fat Transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Fat transplantation is an important surgical treatment for tissue defects and depressions.Adipocytes have the advantages of abundant sources and good histocompatibility,and become an important method for plastic surgery.However,traditional fat transplantation has limitations such as low graft survival rate and unstable postoperative effect.With the development of cell-assisted fat transplantation,the survival rate of fat transplantation has been improved to a certain extent,but the problem of high absorption rate has not been fundamentally solved.Potential risks such as possible tumorigenesis.The discovery of adipose stem cell exosomes is expected to change this situation.关键词
