In the realm of contemporary agricultural education,it is crucial for colleges and universities to nurture a culture of cultivation and reading,grounded in the rich context of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers".This approach aims to produce new talent that is both knowledgeable about and passionate for the agricultural sector.Shandong Agricultural University has made cultivation and reading education its centerpiece,utilizing specialized curricula,dedicated faculty,and robust platforms to advance innovative agricultural talent training models.The university is committed to preserving and promoting the culture of cultivation and reading.Shandong Agricultural University has pioneered the"five education modes"approach to talent cultivation,which fosters moral character,intellectual growth,physical well-being,ethical development,and innovative thinking through the lens of cultivation.This integrated strategy ensures a well-rounded and agriculturally literate graduate.关键词
