The Significance,Practical Difficulties and Development Strategies of Industry Enterprises Participating in Professional Certification of Higher Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
Involvement of industry enterprises in higher vocational professional certification can bolster the continuity of the talent cultivation chain at vocational colleges,enhance the market relevance of vocational education graduates,elevate the caliber of recruits for businesses,and refine the quality assessment framework for vocational education in our country.However,the notion of industry participation in this certification is not yet fully ingrained,with insufficient platform institutions,unclear regulatory frameworks,and inadequate motivational structures.It is advisable to heighten the sense of cooperation and foster a collaborative approach to higher vocational professional certification;to augment the regulatory content and refine the guidelines for industry and business engagement in certification;to enhance platform development and ensure the predictability of industry and business participation;and to bolster intrinsic motivation and establish a dynamic mechanism for industry involvement in the certification process.关键词
