研究生主持科研项目实施绩效:评价体系与实证分析
Performance Evaluation System and Empirical Analysis of Research Project Implementation Led by Graduate Students

Abstract
The CIPP model served as the foundation for developing a performance evaluation index system for graduate students leading research projects.This system encompasses four primary dimensions,12 secondary dimensions,and 16 tertiary dimensions,evaluating the environmental context(context evaluation),resource allocation(input evaluation),process actions(process evaluation),and outcome effectiveness(product evaluation).The system was applied to assess graduate student-led research and innovation projects at universities in Chongqing,initially confirming its operability,reliability,and validity.The evaluation indicated strong internal and external environmental foundations for these projects,ample project resources,standardized guidance services and organizational management,and noteworthy research outcomes.However,it also identified areas for improvement,including the overall project system design,support for practical education,assessment and supervision,and the comprehensive educational value for students.To enhance the performance of graduate student-led research projects,universities should strengthen project management systems,refine resource allocation,increase support measures,implement process management,develop collaborative education models,and emphasize the value of"cultivating students'morality,"thereby enhancing the overall value of these projects.关键词
