乡村振兴背景下海洋专业人才培养对海洋经济发展的影响与展望
Impact and Prospect of Marine Professional Training on the Development of Marine Economy under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
The ocean is an important resource for China's economic development,and accelerating the cultivation of marine talents and the development of the marine economy is a strategic choice for national strategies such as"a strong country with talents"and"a strong country with oceans",and an important part of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This paper selected the marine economic data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2008 to 2020 and the economic development data of coastal provinces in the China Statistical Y earbook,and studied the impact of marine professional training at different levels on the development of marine economy through random-effects model.It was found that the training of marine professionals has a significant positive effect on the development of marine economy.Among them,the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate and doctoral levels is an important influencing factor.According to the analysis results,universities should expand the scale of marine professional talent training and improve the training system of marine discipline talents,pay attention to the cultivation of high-end talents and increase teaching efforts;promote the development of import and export business in coastal areas,tap the potential of regional economic development,rely on the domestic circulation to enhance endogenous power and reliability,and stabilize the foundation of the marine industry.关键词
