Abstract
Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EGE)is a rare gastrointestinal disorder that is commonly seen in children under 5 years old.Diet management is one of the effective treatments for children with EGE,aiming to reduce exposure to food allergens.Diet management methods include amino acid-based elemental diets,experience-based exclusion diets,and targeted exclusion diets based on food allergy testing.This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the three diet therapies in detail,and emphasizes the importance of nutritionists in evaluating the nutritional intake of children with ECE,providing scientific evidence for dietary management of children with EGE.关键词
