Research progresses on the role of maresins 1 in stomatology
摘要
Abstract
Inflammation is one of the important defenses of the host.Resolution of inflammation is an actively pro-grammed process involving a large number of immune cells and immune mediators.Specialized pro-resolving mediators are a series of endogenous lipid mediators derived from eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)or docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),in-cluding resolvins,protectins,and maresins(MaR).It has been proved in animal models of multiple diseases that MaR1 can exert abilities in the resolution of inflammation,host defense,organ protection,tissue regeneration and pain control.This article introduces the molecular structure and classification of MaR,and reviews the mechanism of action and latest research progress of MaR1 in stomatology,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis.关键词
