[目的]筛选抗黑穗病和褐锈病的割手密种质,为甘蔗黑穗病和褐锈病抗病亲本选育提供理论参考.[方法]采用人工浸渍接种法及与褐锈病基因Bru1 紧密连锁的 2 个分子标记,分别对24 份割手密进行甘蔗黑穗病和褐锈病抗性鉴定.[结果]结果表明,试验的割手密材料表现出较强的抗黑穗病能力,有16 份材料表现1 级高抗,5 份材料表现2 级抗病,3 份材料表现3 级抗病;分子检测结果显示,有7 份材料含有Bru1 基因,占参试材料的 29.17%.[结论]本研究筛选出的高抗黑穗病且兼含Bru1 基因的种质,是培育抗黑穗病和抗褐锈病的甘蔗品种(亲本)的良好抗源材料.

[Objective]The aim of this study was to screen Saccharum spontaneum L.(S.spontaneum L.)germplasm resistant to smut and brown rust,so as to provide theoretical references for the research on disease-resistant parents for breeding for resistance to smut and brown rust in sugarcane.[Methods]The identification resistance to smut for 24 elite S.spontaneum L.was conducted by the method of dipping inoculation,and the resistance to brown rust was conducted by testing two molecular markers Bru1 closely linked to brown rust gene.[Results]The results showed that the test materials showed strong resistance to smut,16 performed high resistance at level 1,5 materials performed resistance at level 2,and 3 materials performed resistance at level 3;The molecular detection indicated that 7 materials contained the Bru1 gene,accounting for 29.17%of all the tested materials.[Conclusion]The germplasms selected in this study with high resistance to smut and containing Bru1 gene are good sources for developing sugarcane varieties(parents)with resistance to smut and brown rust disease.
