域发微针联合红光治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效分析
Clinical efficacy of Yufa microneedling combined with red light therapy for androgenic alopecia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yufa microneedling combined with red light therapy for androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods Ninety patients with AGA who visited the Department of Dermatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into microneedling group(Yufa microneedling therapy),red light group(red light therapy),and combination group(Yufa microneedling combined with red light therapy),with 30 cases in each group.The subjective symptom scores and trichoscopy findings before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.The clinical efficacy,patient satisfaction,and adverse reactions were also compared among the three groups.Results The differences of the scores in terms of greasiness,itching,dandruff,and hair loss before and after treatment in the combination group were higher than those in the microneedling group and the red light group(P<0.05).The differences of the percentage of vellus hair,hair density,and hair shaft diameter before and after treatment in the combination group were higher than those in the microneedling group and the red light group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate and satisfaction rate in the combination group were higher than those in the microneedling group and the red light group(P<0.05).The incidences of seborrheic dermatitis,itching scalp,increased dandruff,scalp infection,enlarged lymphonodi retroauriculares,and eczema were not different among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yufa microneedling combined with red light therapy is effective for treating AGA by improving the symptoms,clinical efficacy,and satisfaction of patients,promoting hair growth,and increasing hair density and hair shaft diameter,and is safe and reliable.关键词
