Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of improved temporal and buccal concealed incision wrinkle removal surgery in facial rejuvenation.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 32 patients who underwent facial rejuvenation treatment at Huamei Medical Beauty Hospital in Shangqiu from June 2020 to June 2023.All patients underwent modified temporal and buccal concealed incision wrinkle removal surgery.Compare the facial beauty effects,psychological status,quantitative facial indicators,GAIS,WSRS,MMVS,beauty satisfaction score,quality of life,and complications of patients before and after surgery.Among the 32 patients,20 had excellent facial cosmetic effects,11 were good,1 was fair,and 0 was poor.The excellent and good rate was 96.88%(31/32);32 patients had lower postoperative SAS and SDS scores than preoperative(P<0.05);32 patients had lower postoperative ABC curvature,distance from pupil point to nasolabial sulcus and pupil perpendicular intersection point,and higher bilateral zygomatic distance than preoperative(P<0.05);32 patients had higher postoperative GAIS scores than preoperative,while WSRS and MMVS scores were lower than preoperative(P<0.05);The postoperative facial fullness,aesthetic appearance,and skin firmness scores of 32 patients were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05);The postoperative quality of life scores of 32 patients in various fields were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05);A total of 32 patients had 1 incision infection and 1 hair loss,with an incidence rate of 6.25%(2/32).Conclusion The improved temporal and buccal concealed incision wrinkle removal surgery has higher value in facial rejuvenation,can improve the cosmetic effect of patients,accelerate the disappearance of wrinkles,reduce the impact on physical and mental health,improve postoperative quality of life,and is safe and reliable.关键词
