超皮秒激光与CO2点阵激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效和安全性对照研究
A comparative study on the efficacy and safety of Picoway picosecond laser and fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of atrophic acne scars

Abstract
Objective To observe and compare the efficacy and safety of Picoway picosecond laser and fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods Twenty patients with facial atrophic acne scars were selected,and one side was randomly selected for treatment with ultra picosecond laser(experimental group),while the other side was treated with CO2 lattice laser(control group).A total of three treatments were performed,with an interval of one and a half to two months between each treatment.ECCA score and IGA evaluation were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.Investigate patient satisfaction and record the degree of pain and adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,the ECCA weight score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,withP<0.05.The total effective rates of scar improvement evaluated by IGA in the experimental group and the control group were 65%and 85%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients with the experimental group was 75%,while the satisfaction of the control group was 90%.The pain level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The experimental group had fewer adverse reactions,shorter duration,and higher safety compared to the control group.Conclusion Both lasers can effectively improve atrophic acne scars,but the efficacy of fractional CO2 laser treatment is better,and the pain degree and adverse reactions of Picoway picosecond laser treatment are least,and the safety is higher.关键词
