Abstract
Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with tacrolimus ointment on patients with rosacea.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 92 patients with rosacea who visited the dermatology department of Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023.They were grouped according to the time of visit.46 patients who received tacrolimus ointment from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into a control group,and 46 patients who received hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with tacrolimus ointment from February 2022 to March 2023 were divided into an observation group.Both continued treatment for 8 weeks.Compare the symptom scores,clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,quality of life(GQOLI-74),and adverse reactions between two groups.Result The symptom scores of itching,erythema,capillaries,papules,and pustules in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(82.61%),(P<0.05);After treatment,the water content in the stratum corneum of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the sebum level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the GQOLI-74 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating rosacea with hydroxychloroquine sulfate and tacrolimus ointment can promote clinical symptom recovery,improve skin barrier function,and have significant therapeutic effects,which is beneficial for improving the quality of life of patients and has good treatment safety.关键词
