干扰素基因刺激因子激动剂的研究进展
Research progress of STING agonists
摘要
Abstract
As an important part of the innate immune system,the cGAS-STING pathway can recognize cytoplasmic DNA from pathogenic microorganisms and host cells,induce the secretion of type Ⅰ interferon and the production of inflammatory cytokines,activate the immune system,resist the invasion of pathogenic mi-croorganisms,and enhance antitumor activity.Here we briefly introduce the mechanism and biological functions of the cGAS-STING pathway,focus on the current research progress of STING agonists,including the pharmacological effects and research sta-ges of STING CDN and Non-CDN agonists,and finally summari-zes and prospects the problems and challenges in the research of STING agonists,in order to provide ideas for the development of related drugs and disease treatment.关键词
