摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Leuprorelin on ovarian function and serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in patients with endometriosis.Method:A total of 87 patients with endometriosis admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method.The control group(n=43)was treated with Leuprorelin,and the study group(n=44)was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,immune metabolism,cytokines and uterine artery flow parameters were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the uterine artery resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI),VEGF,MCP-1,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Leuprorelin has a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis,and can improve ovarian function and immune metabolism.关键词
