Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of damage control emergency integration in the remedy of patients with severe multiple injury.Method:The clinical data of 78 patients with severe multiple injury admitted to Guizhou Provincial Orthopedics Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into groups according to different emergency treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group implemented the conventional emergency treatment mode,and the study group implemented the damage control emergency integration mode.The nosocomial emergency treatment time,diagnosis time,hospital stay,success rate of emergency treatment and infusion volume of plasma,packed red blood cell and crystalloid solution,and injury severity score(ISS),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)scores were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was counted.Result:The nosocomial emergency treatment time,diagnosis time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and infusion volume of plasma,packed red blood cell and crystalloid solution of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The success rate of emergency treatment in the study group was 87.18%,which was higher than 66.67%in the reference group(P<0.05).After first aid,ISS and APACHEⅡ scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Damage control emergency integration mode in the remedy of patients with severe multiple injury can improve the efficiency of emergency treatment time,effectively reduce the blood loss,improve the success rate of emergency treatment,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
