人工膝关节表面置换术患者术中发生低体温的相关影响因素分析OA
Analysis of Related Influencing Factors for Intraoperative Hypothermia in Patients Undergoing Artificial Knee Joint Surface Replacement Surgery
目的:分析人工膝关节表面置换术患者术中发生低体温的相关影响因素.方法:采取随机抽样法抽取 2022 年 4-12 月于莆田学院附属医院行人工膝关节表面置换术患者 108 例为研究对象,观察并记录患者术中直肠体温变化情况,若术中直肠体温<36℃则判定为发生低体温.将术中发生低体温患者纳入发生组,未发生低体温患者纳入正常组.采用基线资料调查量表调查患者一般资料并比较,找出相关影响因素.结果:108 例人工膝关节表面置换术患者术中 45 例发生低…查看全部>>
