ILC2在2型炎症型哮喘中的作用
The Role of ILC2 in Type 2 Inflammation in Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Asthma is a heterogeneous disease,and type 2 inflammation in asthma is the most important phenotype.ILC2 is a very important innate immune cell.In recent years,the role of ILC2 in type 2 inflammation in asthma has been gradually recognized.ILC2 can be regulated by various mediators to promote or inhibit asthma.According to the function and signal transduction pathway of ILC2,this article mainly introduces the relationship between the characteristics of ILC2,costimulatory molecules,hormones,and neural regulation and type 2 inflammation in asthma,and recognizes that ILC2 will also have immune memory,which is a challenge and thought to the classification of previous immune responses,but it needs further verification,which may also be a new direction of asthma drug development in the future.关键词
