加巴喷丁联合运动训练在维持性血液透析合并不宁腿综合征患者中的应用
Application of Gabapentin Combined with Exercise Training in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis Complicated with Restless Legs Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gabapentin combined with exercise training on patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)complicated with restless legs syndrome(RLS).Method:A total of 80 patients with MHD complicated with RLS admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the combined group(n=40)according to the closed envelope method.Patients in the conventional group were given Gabapentin before going to bed every day,and the combined group was combined with exercise training on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the disease severity[International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group(IRLSSG)score]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],insomnia[Athens insomnia scale(AIS)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and quality of life[short form 12(SF-12)]were evaluated in the two groups.Result:The overall efficacy and total effective rate of the combined group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the SF-12 score of the combined group after 3 months of treatment was higher than that of the conventinal group(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the scores of IRLSSG,PSQI,AIS and VAS in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were all lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gabapentin combined exercise training in the treatment of patients with MHD complicated with RLS can achieve good clinical results,the insomnia of patients is significantly improved,the sleep quality is significantly improved,and the quality of life is significantly improved.关键词
