Research Progress of Peripheral Hematological Indexes in Patients with New Atrial Fibrillation after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
摘要
Abstract
The most common arrhythmia after coronary artery bypass grafting is atrial fibrillation,which can increase patient mortality and treatment cost,and inflammatory reaction plays a key role in the occurrence and development of postoperative atrial fibrillation.Recently,some scholars have explored the clinical predictive value of peripheral hematological indexes for prognosis of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.Systemic immune-inflammation index,platelet mass index,platelet/lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio and other indexes have become the focus of attention.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between peripheral hematological indexes and atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass grafting,and provide reference for evaluating the prognosis of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting and formulating prevention and treatment strategies.关键词
