摘要
Abstract
Occlusive cerebrovascular disease is related to vascular lumen occlusion caused by atherosclerosis,which leads to insufficient blood supply to the brain and then neurological dysfunction.Cerebrovascular bypass is one of the main methods for the clinical treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular diseases,which can improve the blood supply to the affected side of the brain after treatment,so this treatment method has been widely concerned in recent years.However,there are still many problems to be discussed about the application of cerebrovascular bypass in the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular diseases.This article reviews the current status and research progress of superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery(STA-MCA)bypass in the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular diseases.The aim is to provide reference for the clinical application of this treatment.关键词
