达芬奇机器人辅助切除胃恶性肿瘤合并肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤1例
Resect gastric cancer with adrenal pheochromocytoma with the help of Da Vinci robot system:A case report
摘要
Abstract
There are few reports of concurrent gastrointestinal and urinary cancers.A patient with gastric cancer and pheochromocytoma was admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in September 2023. The two tumors were successfully resected by General Surgery and Urology Surgery assisted by Da Vinci robot system,and indocyanine green near-infrared imaging was applied during the operation.The patient recovered successfully under the management of enhanced recovery after surgery.关键词
