Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of contrast and stress elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors A total of 71 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were included as the main research objects.All patients underwent ultrasound stress elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound before puncture and surgery.With pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic results of ultrasound stress elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound and their combined diagnosis were observed and calculated The diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity and accuracy)and quantitative parameters of ovarian benign and malignant tumors[peak intensity(PI),time to peak(TTP),slope of ascending branch(AS),area under the curve(AUC)]were compared.Results There were 19 benign lesions and 52 malignant lesions diagnosed by ultrasound stress elastography.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosed 23 cases of benign lesions and 48 cases of malignant lesions.The diagnostic efficacy of the combination of the two was higher than that of the two alone.The quantitative parameters[peak intensity(PI),ascending slope(AS)and area under the curve(AUC)]of ovarian malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumors.The time to peak(TTP)of malignant ovarian tumors was shorter than that of benign ovarian tumors(p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant).Conclusions Ultrasound stress elastography combined with CEUS is effective in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,and it is better than either imaging examination alone.关键词
