Clinical research progress of intraosseous schwannoma
摘要
Abstract
Schwannoma,also known as Schwann cell tumor,is a benign neural sheath tumor derived from Schwann cells.Due to the fibrous tissue structure,it was named neurofibromatosis(NF)in the early stage.It usually occurs in the head,neck,and the curved side of the limbs,and the most commonly affected nerves are cervical nerve,vagus nerve,peroneal nerve,and ulnar nerve.Due to the lack of intraosseous sensory fibers,it is rare to occur in bone tissue,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed as osteogenetic low-grade malignant tumors before surgery,leading to overtreatment.This article summarizes the clinical characteristics,imaging features,pathological characteristics,differential diagnosis,and treatment methods of intraosseous Schwann cells,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
