Abstract
Choroidal metastasis refers to a secondary intraocular malignant tumor that spreads to the choroid through blood or lymph nodes from malignant tumors originating elsewhere.It lacks typical clinical manifestations and is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed.The diagnosis of choroidal metastasis requires a combination of medical history,clinical manifestations,auxiliary ocular examinations.The treatment methods are systemic therapy combined with local therapy,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,radiotherapy,photodynamic therapy,intravitreal injection,surgical treatment,etc..The treatment plan should be based on the primary tumor's type,stage,metastasis,patient's general condition,prognosis,and other relevant factors.关键词
