摘要
Abstract
In terms of tumor prevention and control,the implementation of the"three early"strategy-early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment-is considered the most effective way to achieve primary prevention effects.Despite this,current technologies and capabilities for early tumor diagnosis still encounter significant challenges.On the other hand,traditional anti-tumor drugs have significant limitations in their practical therapeutic applications due to their high toxicity and lack of specificity for specific tissues.Nanogold materials stand out due to their unique advantages,including easy surface modification,excellent biocompatibility,special effects brought about by their small size,optical properties,and quantum effects,making them show great application potential in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor cells.In recent years,Nanogold materials have received extensive attention and research in the field of clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors and have made encouraging progress.This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the latest research progress on nanogold materials in the field of tumor diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide more effective and personalized diagnosis and treatment plans for cancer patients and promote its wide application in clinical practice.关键词
