Abstract
Objective:To construct a bidirectional benchmarking management mode based on the dual closed-loop working path to improve the clinical allocation level of medical equipment. Methods:A dual closed-loop management index system for bidding procurement and clinical use was constructed, and the singular value decomposition algorithm was used to select benchmarks to form a bidirectional benchmarking management mode.A total of 357 sets of medical equipment purchased by the PLA General Hospital from June 2018 to May 2022 were selected, including medical electronic instruments, operating room equipment, medical testing instruments, life support equipment, medical imaging equipment and other medical equipment. The expert demonstration management mode(165 units)and bidirectional benchmarking management mode(192 units)were used to manage the clinical allocation of medical equipment, and the clinical allocation management effects of the two allocation management modes were compared. Results:The clinical allocation management evaluation values of medical electronic instruments, operating room equipment, medical laboratory equipment, life support equipment, medical imaging equipment, and other medical equipment using the bidirectional benchmarking management mode were(0.86±0.07),(0.87±0.05),(0.88±0.05),(0.84±0.07),(0.87±0.04)and(0.85±0.05),respectively,which were higher than the higher than those of the expert demonstration management mode, the differences was statistically significant(t=2.564,3.228,4.641,2.719,2.774,3.490,P<0.05);the failure rate of medical equipment procurement and the increase of management costs were(2.78±1.97)%and(0.98±0.70)%,respectively,which were lower than those of the expert demonstration management model, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.322,2.538,P<0.05),the acceptance pass rate and start-up operation rate of medical equipment were(98.10±2.68)%and(91.54±4.76)%,respectively,which were higher than those of the expert demonstration management mode, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.470,2.125,P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of staff related to the procurement and use of hospital equipment with the rationality of the medical equipment allocation process, the standardization of the system and the quality and effectiveness of bidirectional benchmarking management model were 98.75%,93.75%and 100%,respectively,which were higher than those of the expert demonstration management mode, the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.769,4.006,6.234,P<0.05).Conclusion:The closed-loop bidirectional benchmarking management mode can enable the medical equipment allocated better meet the needs of clinical departments, maximize the application in disease diagnosis and treatment, scientific research and teaching, and improve the standardization of bidding procurement and operation management.关键词
