基于5G网络的日间化疗过程移动监测系统研发与应用效果评价OACSTPCD
Development and application effect evaluation of mobile monitoring system for daytime chemotherapy process based on 5G network
目的:研发基于5G网络的患者日间化疗过程移动监测系统,解决日间化疗过程监测规范化管理、数据自动化保存和核对问题.方法:基于5G网络,使用MySQL5.6数据库和WebService中间层连接,采用客户端与服务器(C/S)架构研发基于5G网络的患者日间化疗过程移动监测系统,护理人员使用平板电脑扫描患者腕带及配液条码,系统自动完成患者、药物、化疗床位和化疗药物输注顺序核对,在患者化疗过程中定时提醒护理人员巡视患者、输注完成预警、治疗后评估等指令,并将数据传输到管理系统,自动完成过程数据记录.选取2021-2022年遂宁市中心医院进行日间化疗的11297例次患者日间化疗数据,对比采用日间化疗过程移动监测系统应用前(5269例次)和应用后(6028例次)化疗的患者化疗药物使用正确率、输液顺序正确率和患者满意度.结果:采用日间化疗过程移动监测系统后,患者化疗药物正确率和输液顺序正确率分别为99.43%(5994/6028)和97.15%(5856/6028),均高于系统应用前,其差异有统计学意义(x2=126.28、96.55,P<0.05);采用日间化疗过程移动监测系统后患者满意度评分为(9.35±0.744)分,高于系统应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=-3.796,P<0.05).结论:日间化疗过程移动监测系统的使用,能够自动核查患者和配液信息,降低化疗药物配给出错率和输注过程中的顺序差错,减少医疗事故风险,提高患者满意度.
Objective:To develop a mobile monitoring system for the patient's daytime chemotherapy process based on 5G network,and to solve the problems of standardized monitoring of daytime chemotherapy process monitoring,automatic data storage and verification.Methods:Based on the 5G network,were connected,and was used to the mobile monitoring system for the patient's daytime chemotherapy process by using the MySQL 5.6 database and the WebService middle layer connection and the client and server(C/S)architecture.The nursing staff used the tablet computer to scan the patient's wristband and the dispensing barcode,the system automatically completed the verification of the patient,drug,chemotherapy bed and chemotherapy drug infusion sequence.During the patient's chemotherapy process,the nursing staff was regularly reminded to inspect the patient,the infusion completion early warning,the post-treatment evaluation and other instructions,and the data was transmitted to the management system to automatically complete the process data recording.The data of 11,297 patients who underwent daytime chemotherapy in Suining Central Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected,the accuracy of chemotherapy drugs,the correct infusion sequence and patient satisfaction were compared before the application of the mobile monitoring system for the day chemotherapy process(5,269 cases)and after the application(6,028 cases).Results:After the application of the daytime chemotherapy process mobile monitoring system,the correct rates of chemotherapy drugs and infusion sequence were 99.43%(5,994/6,028)and 97.15%(5,856/6,028),respectively,which were higher than those before the application of the system,the difference was statistically significant(x2=126.28,96.55,P<0.05).The patient satisfaction score was(9.35±0.744)points after the application of the mobile monitoring system for daytime chemotherapy,which was higher than that before the application of the system,the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.796,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mobile monitoring system for daytime chemotherapy process can automatically check the patient and dispensing information,reduce the error rate of chemotherapy drug dispensing and the sequence error in the infusion process,reduce the incidence rate of medical accidents,and improve patient satisfaction.
