Abstract
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of narirutin,naringin and hesperidin in Juhong Granules.Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent 5TC-C18(2)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%acetic acid aqueous solution(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results The linear ranges of narirutin,naringin and hesperidin were 0.034 8-0.348 μg(r = 0.999 5),1.047-10.47 μg(r = 0.999 4),0.185 9-1.859 μg(r = 0.999 7),respectively.The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were all lower than 2.0%.The average recovery rates of the above three flavonoids were 98.24%,96.29%,97.83%,with the RSDsof 1.16%,1.08%,2.34%(n = 6)respectively.Conclusion The established method is easy,repeatable and accurate,which can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of the above three flavonoids in Juhong Granules.关键词
