目的 本研究旨在分析身体活动和肌少症的研究热点与演化.方法 基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,检索了 1995-2022 年身体活动和肌少症相关的文献,借助Citespace软件对检索数据进行发文量、合作分析、学科领域、关键词及共被引等可视化分析.结果 共 1834 篇文献纳入研究.中国总发文量位于第 3 位,发文量为 173 篇,BCD为 0.06.发文最多的国家和机构是美国(431/0.54)与美国国立衰老研究所(36/0.12).老年学和老年病学、公共卫生、康复与其他学科联系较为紧密.当前抗阻运动、有氧运动等身体活动是肌少症干预的热点研究领域,联合多运动形式与生活方式改变成为老龄化背景下防治肌少症的重要应用领域.结论 本文研究结果定量显示了身体活动与肌少症研究的发展、热点分布和应用情况,为相关研究人员把握领域发展趋势及挖掘新的研究生长点提供了参考.

Objective To analysis the hotspot and evolution of physical activity and age-related sarcopenia.Methods The research literature related to the physical activity and the sarcopenia between 1995 and 2022 based on the Web of Science were retrieved.The retrieved data were analyzed in terms of publication volume,collabora-tion,discipline,keywords and co-citation using bibliometric visualization methods.Results A total of 1834 original articles were included in the study.China ranked third in total publications,with 173 articles and a BCD of 0.06.The country and institution with the highest number of publications were the United States(431/0.54)and the Natl Ctr Geriatr&Gerontol(36/0.12).Gerontology,public health and rehabilitation were the most closely con-nected with other disciplinary fields.Resistance training and aerobic exercise were the effective means for sarcopenia intervention in the elderly and would become a hotspot in the future.Therefore,multi-exercise forms and change of life style were important application fields for prevention and treatment of sarcopenia with increasing worldwide aging.Conclusion In this article,the quantitative data demonstrate the development,research hotspots and application of physical activity and sarcopenia,which provide a reference for relevant researchers to grasp the dynamic tendency of the field and explore new research directions.
