摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis is a common bone disease,in which the imbalance of osteogenic differentiation and oste-oclastic differentiation of bone metabolism is closely related to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.In recent years,long chain non-coding RNAs have been found to play an important role in the development of osteoporosis and gradually become the focus of research on the mechanism of OP occurrence.In this article,the overview of lncRNA and their interactions with related signaling pathways,in the mechanism of osteoporosis were reviewed from the perspectives of osteoblast differentia-tion osteoclast differentiation,so as to provide new ideas and strategies for the exploration of new diagnostic and therapeu-tic targets for osteoporosis in the future.关键词
